I checked out this firm on Angie's list and BBB before hiring and got good reports. To date we have a new roof, gutters and screens (for broken windows). No other work has been done. We still have broken windows, no chimney cap replacement, no new metal roof on porch or replacement to the pergola roof. We paid them $12000 for the main roof and gutters. Calls have not been returned. Personnel has changed; contacts no longer respond; employees have resigned and gone to other companies; promises have not been kept; appointments have not been kept. The roof was completed in a timely manner. After that, everything changed. We have spoken to the home office in Colorado. Those contacts no longer work there. After 2 1/2 months of trying to get results we terminated them today.
