The tree in my backyard is doing great after the treatment! The trees that were trimmed and pruned were large trees that have not been trimmed or pruned in a few years. The company is very professional and true arborist. They had all the right equipment and trucks. Had a 3 person crew as well as a supervisor and were on time as scheduled. They were very safe and very knowledgeable on the correct way to prune my trees. Everyone was very professional and cleaned up well after the job was done. The trees are beautiful and really make my house look great! I would highly recommend this company if you have large trees that need to be professionally pruned.

It was fast and efficient with the work manager asking me for inputs about how I wanted it cut.  The rigging was something else.  They knew how to use it to safely cut limbs over structures..

It went well. They did a good job and it was reasonable. They did exactly what they said they would do. They showed up on time. I would use them again in the future.

Work was very professional but I had to call twice to get an appt setup.

There was no visible work performed. It did not seem like they did anything. They sent me to a debt collection agency. I have spoken with them several times to work something out but they never did.

Arbor Masters was undergoing an unexpected change in arborists in the midst of Angie's special, but plans were carried out despite this --  only drawback was that workmen arrived significantly later than expected on day scheduled. Arborist came to the house for consultation prior to pruning day to discuss work to be done, which was beneficial for decision making. Also consulted on other questions/problem trees in the yard and made arrangements for a tree injection to be done the next spring. Great job of pruning. Excellent clean-up afterward.  Good communication made for follow-up Spring treatment. I would recommend them to others and have them return.

Arbor Masters Tree Service were good. Their price was awesome. Their price is well more reasonable than anybody else. They're really easy to work with. They made it look a lot better. I don't know anything about trees, so they kind of walked me through it, more than anybody else.

Glen and his assistant performed all tree trimming services according to our agreed upon plan. All trees were trimmed, shaped and all dead branches removed. All branches and debris were picked up and removed and the property cleaned up. I am satisfied with the work performed, good job.

They came and did the work stated within the deal.  There were no issues.

They were on time and did a very quick job of cutting the tree down. They removed everything and cleaned the yard. They also left me some mulch.

.They came in November last year. I spent about 500 $. I had fertilized my trees an second time they trim my trees. a liked them. They were kind. They didn’t take long. They were fine.

Our overall experience was very positive. We will definitely use this company in the future for any service we might need.

They arrived a week earlier than expected to do the work.  My maple tree is gone, and my oak trees look so much better.

Worked with Glenn to obtain estimate - he was right on time, and took
time to listen to my concerns and structure his bid around my
priorities.  The office called about a week in advance to confirm the
time for the work to be done.  The crew arrived right on time and
completed the work diligently.  The end result was that the trees looked even better than I had
hoped for.  My only criticism would be that they could have done a
better job of cleaning up the debris from the swimming pool.  They made
an effort to get the big stuff out of the pool, but left many smaller pieces for me
to clean up.  They did a good job of cleaning up debris at ground level.  I will use them in the future.

They were incredibly professional from start to finish.  The team members were so polite, professional, and hardworking. I was so impressed with the equipment they showed up with. I had several different providers that gave estimates but this particular provider was extremely wonderful. They were taking out my big trees and a fantastic job.  They cleaned up the mess like they were never there.  I would use them again and would highly recommend therm to others.

Someone came out one day to give me an estimate for all that could be done within the price of my coupon. They showed up the next day, trimmed trees, and hauled branches away. Very nice. Probably would not use them again because their prices are bit too high

On first phone contact I reached the office and arranged an estimate.  Glenn returned my call two days later.  We met for estimate.    He was on time.  We agreed on price, a tentative start date nearly four weeks out due to his schedule, and the 3-4 days the job would take.  We agreed I would not be present during the job, but he would call me to reconfirm start date and if expected timeline needed adjustment.  Glenn knew I found Arbor Masters through Angie's List reviews and I was expecting to give a great review when the work was completed.  
My biggest disappointment with this job was lack of communication and followup.  I called A.M. several times before getting confirmtion of start date, then several calls to request completion of work, then more calls due to incorrect billing.  Example:  I returned from work on  THU, 17MAY to find 2 stumps in the yard;  I assumed the stumps would be removed the following day.  It didn't happen on FRI or the following MON or TUE nor did I receive a call.  It took a few days to get a call back from Glenn.  The stumps were finally ground  but neither the oleanader nor crepe myrtle were trimmed as agreed.  There was only 1 of each, not a big deal, but it was in the work order and should have been done.  When I finally spoke to Glenn again he explained the 'finish team' was a different person and he would set up for finish work to be completed.  It took a total of 8 weeks from start to finish, but only after many calls on my part. 

They arrived on time, finished the work in a timely manner.
