1st tub didn't ship for original install date. No communication (comms) to me or installer, no explanation as to what happened. Called in and expressed my frustration with lack of comms, was told "Yep, totally understandable, will keep you in the loop". 10 days later a tub shipped. Installer ripped out old tub, opened box of new tub to find it was wrong handed, can't install. Again, no comms to me, holiday weekend means office not open for 4 days. Call in on day 5 to be told "will investigate and call you back" but didn't before end of day. Been 6 days now with no tub, no comms to explain or apologize, no ship date, no install date, no idea when this will be fixed. Shipping/manufacturing issues happen, and I will be totally reasonable if that is communicated to me. Repeated problems with STILL no communication not initiated by me is totally unacceptable. Would not recommend. Will not use again. (have no issues with local installer)
