I've never been more frustrated in my life. I called and scheduled a date and time to be the second move in the day. After 2.5 hours after they were supposed to arrive I called and got a voicemail. After 30 minutes, they called back and said they weren't going to make it that day, they'd put me down as the second slot the next day. What's the point of scheduling? So they moved me in the rain, as opposed to the non-rain day I'd scheduled.
