Terry arrived on time and gave a thorough inspection. He brought many important issues to our intention that we were able to include in our repair amendment, and we got the price of the house reduced as well. He was also able to get the report back to us that evening which helped us meet our option period deadline. Terry also has a licensed pest control business, so I plan to use Terry to treat our new home. Finally, I like the fact that his business is located in Southwest Dallas County. I also appreciate the fact that he gave us a follow up call a few days later. Very professional but personable.

Terry was quick to respond to my phone call, provided a quick estimate, and was punctual to the inspection. He threw in a termite inspection at no additional cost. The walk through after he was done was great and he explained everything well. Terry sent us the report promptly. We will definitely use him again if needed!
