While having the oil changed at a local national auto shop they said my lower front ball joints needed replacement and gave me an estimate of $530.00. I got 2 other estimates: another one from a local shop also at $530.00, and then one from Myers at $320.00 . After Myers completed the work I went to pick it up and they said that only one needed to be replaced and the cost was $152.00. While I'm not sure of what the other local shop would have done I'm sure that the national chain would have replaced both joints at the $550.00. I now have trust of Myers Automotive and will have any future work done by them.

I had an excellent experience with them. I will go back there and I would recommend them to anyone for diesel repair. They are experts. They explained things. They brought me back into the shop and showed me everything and did a very detailed analysis of what was going on. They explained things that I never knew about my diesel. They are extremely competitive with their pricing. They also have a low price.

They're excellent. They're good. We take all our automotive repairs to them. They're very, very good. They actually take appointments so that you don't have to go up there and let your car stay forever. They tell you when they can take you in and when they can get you out. They have very, very quick service. One time, they checked my vehicle to make sure it was under warranty and set up the appointment with the auto dealer so that I wouldn't have to pay to have my car fixed. That was extremely impressive. I recommend them to everybody I know.
