As for the chandelier, Jeremy went into the attic and carefully crawled to where the chandelier was mounted and said there were two switches at the mount point; one for the light and one for the hoist that lowers the chandelier. The hoist switch was fine, but the light switch was "in the middle". After pushing all the way over to "on", it began working fine again. He said it didn't appear messed with and all he could speculate was it was never fully pushed over and somehow vibrated enough or something that caused it to shift just enough to lose juice. I had g-kids over during the holidays and they can be a little rough sometimes. I've caught them before tossing foam balls from the landing to the foyer. I suspect they might've done something similar again and hit it and caused the vibration. At any rate, Jeremy quickly found the issue and it was a quick fix.
Jeremy/Ronny were punctual, courteous, professional, and attentive to being careful and respectful of the home furnishings in setting up the scaffolding and performing their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again whatsoever.
