Excavation - Major Grading or Resloping - For Business
Spring Hills Farms (Todd Dollander) came to our property on July 2, 2024 and was thoroughly driven around our property to show and discuss a future job we were wanting completed. On July 12th we contacted Todd, and negotiated a price to have the job done to completion (he said job estimate would take 2-3 weeks). He agreed to the price and was hired. The entire agreed upon job was to clean up 3 acres of land - mowing, leveling, trimming and manicuring mature trees, new driveway with a road entrance. This also includes perimeter fencing around entire property with multiple vehicle and man gates. After fencing and land finished, he said he was going to seed and fertilize property. On July 15th a $6,000 deposit was made for him to start the job. On July 17th, Todd and 3 younger gentleman came to start mowing and trim a few trees. They worked approximately 5 hours that day. A second check on July 22nd of $6,000 was given per Todd s request with no work performed that day. A few days later someone came, unloaded a dozer to start leveling and clearing fence line. They were here approximately 6-7 hours. Dirt had been moved (no leveling) but no fence lines cleared. A few weeks later one person showed up with a skid steer, but no noticeable work done and they were here maybe an hour. Between the second and third visit, numerous attempts to communicate with Todd was not reciprocated with short answers of equipment being down, they needed to finish up another job before coming to ours. Attempts have been made to contact daily ever since with no return calls or messages.
