The project went quite well. The only slow down related to permit acquisition. The city of Dallas was rather slow in processing the paperwork to release a permit. Mr. Simmons was easy to work with, maintained a presence during the entire construction process and provided detailed information regarding work progress. I was always aware of when work would be going on and was regularly updated regarding work completion. The final product is exactly what we expected and looks great.
