We are an authorized DEMILEC (USA) Contractor, with professional, factory-trained spray foam insulation applicators. We are an environmentally conscientious company that saw the need for energy efficient and environmentally conscious building products. We offer the most innovative and progressive insulating product available in the market today. Smart Seal Insulation provides American made, affordable, healthy and energy efficient solutions that are environmentally friendly. We are experts who have extensive training and experience in designing solutions for residential (new and old), commercial, agricultural and steel frame projects. Smart Seal Insulation only installs the best polyurethane spray foam systems available. Our materials manufacturing partner, Demilec USA, produces spray foam insulation utilizing recycled plastics, the highest percentage of renewable agricultural materials and sustainable business practices. Demilec USA’s proven record of quality and innovation make them leaders in ‘Green and Sustainable’ materials development and the highest quality spray foam systems. Attic insulation- We have developed an open cell spray foam application process that provides a continuous seal and eliminates air infiltration issues. We re-use existing blown-in insulation over top of the spray foam to maximize effectiveness and provide maximum savings for half the cost of traditional spray foam attic insulation applications

Don't waste your time on this company! Salesman named Rodney just said he didn't want to "re-work bid" and withdrew all bids in lieu of just saying, "this is our best price"! He went on to say that he didn't need my money. I told him I was ready to sign today. Joke of a salesman and company for hiring him.

Mr. [Member Name Removed], As the owner of Smart Seal I instruct all of my estimators to try and accommodate the needs and request of all potential customers. I also tell them to walk away from any potential customer that is rude and difficult to work with. History has shown me that a difficult/rude individual during the estimating process turns into an impossible to please customer when we complete the project. That being said out of the over 1,000 estimates we complete each year we choose to turn away 2-3 customers due to their poor attitude and extreme difficulty to work with. Based off of all of your comments on several different sites I see that Rodney made the right decision. Congratulations, your the first this year.

The crew showed up early to start and were quick to get to work. They even went above and beyond to accommodate a special situation that was uncovered when the siding came off. As is typical with closed cell foam an even spray depth is nearly impossible, so it ranged from 1.5and quot; - 3and quot; in some areas, which I consider good quality work for this task. As I discovered, the price for closed cell foam is expensive, but I felt the price was fair for the extra sealing benefits versus the typical fiberglass and other insulation options. This is the kind of contractor I like and can trust to work on my house.
Description of Work: We are remodeling the exterior of our home and prior to their arrival we had all of the siding & fiberglass insulation pulled to the studs. The Smart Seal was chosen to spray 2" of closed cell foam on from outside.

Everything went great. I called Jon and he promptly came out to give me a quote. The following week his crew came out to get started. They promptly showed up and started by putting plastic down on the stairs and all areas they would be walking through. Next they relocated existing insulation to areas that needed it before they spayed down the foam. After all areas were foamed they inspected all areas and went back through and added additional foam to areas they thought were a little low. Next they cleaned up the area so well it was like they were never there. I would strongly recommend Smart Seal Foam Insulation to anyone. They exceeded my expectations on quality and professionalism. Also they were competitively priced and overall I felt they provided the best value over the other 5 bids I received from other companies.
Description of Work: Install spray foam insulation in bathroom wall, attic floor, and several hot walls throughout the house. Removed existing loose fill and bat insulation and redistribute to areas that needed more insulation.
