"A lot happened on the job like water leaks that the owner had us fix the hot water heater leaks rebuild the water heater room that was rotten and molded. The the water lines under the house started to leak which we fixed for free even though we didn't cause the rusty pipes to leak as for the guys that worked for me. Yes I fired them for steeling from me. Tried to message the homeowner of problems. No response called no response. The work that was done was done to satisfactory standards. They added more than was in the contract. Everyday I'd be there the workers would be doing something different. I'd ask why are you doing that. The reply was the homeowner told us to do it. Not in contract. The homeowner made very clear no more money for extra work but would get me guys to do it when I was gone to get supplies. Like trim trees when we are painting the house"
