Next Level Carpentry and Handyman Services

This was a fairly simple project. The "handyman" obviously wasn't prepared for the task. He also didn't pick up any of the nails ar screws that he dropped. I picked up over 30 screws and nails he left on my gravel driveway. Also, he cleaned out his truck and filled my trash container with his trash. I guess this is what happens when you go with the low bid.

Shelby was able to contacted me right away and was available to come out the next day. He was very respectful and even took time to put booties on as he went in and out of the house. I would recommend him and hire him again for other jobs.

This was the most awful experience I ve ever had with a contractor. The work was sloppy, the owner unprofessional and clearly did not know what he was doing. I had to fire him halfway through the project and lose we ll-earned money along the way.

Hired a handyman to fix a window and a toilet that was wobbling a bit when we sat on it. Was quoted $50 for the window and $200 for the toilet. The window was fixed, but the toilet was not. Not only was the toilet not fixed, it was in worse shape after. After 1 use, water was flooding our bathroom floor. I tried for a week to contact the handyman and never received a response. I had to hire a plumber to come in who said the wrong screws were used to "repair" the toilet. I just want my $200 back for the toilet that was not fixed.

Very punctual, couple of small issues, but was taken care of immediately, came back following morning and corrected...Good Professional customer service ..Would use again,and would definitely recommend...
