Provider damaged part of the system and said they didn't have time to fix it then but could come back in about two weeks and suggested I contact someone else to repair it. Provider did not finish all work that was paid for. Tried to talk to the owner about the issues and he became irate with me. I contacted another provider who said that he always carries materials for any contingencies that may arise and this provider is taking care of the issues.
"Mowrey Wastewater Equipment was hired to pump out the aerobic system at the [Member name removed] residence which was in the process of being sold. The aerobic system was manufactured and installed by another company. We are unable to control the quality of these companies material and workmanship of the install. The access plug was inaccessible and needed to be removed to gain access for pumping. An electrical line was placed over the plug which did not allow you to simply pull the plug up, but rather had to maneuver it out sideways. During this process the plug broke. A plug that was manufactured and installed by another company. We do not carry the type of equipment on our vacuum truck for that kind of repair, especially due to the fact that there was an electrical line that was placed over the plug. Due to the electrical line being run directly over the plug, to do the job properly would require more work than normal. We offered to schedule a time to come back and do a repair, but was unable to explain the situation over the phone as Mr. [Member name removed] was not present at the time of service and couldn't be reached on the phone."
