Leah Kenyon - Keller Realty

We are still dealing with our bank in regards to our home, but we would have been in much worse shape if Mrs. Leah Kenyon had'nt of come along.
Mrs. Kenyon listed our house for sale, she assisted us with all of the paper work for a short sale, she represented us in regards to dealing with our bank (which was not pleasant at all), she kept us in the loop of what was going on, and she made progress with the bankers where we never could have.  Our house was by far one of the hardest situations to deal with, and our bank was incompetent and intentionally made everything much harder than it had to be.  When Mrs. Kenyon came along I was already a nervous wreck trying to deal with them, but as soon as she stepped in I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders.
We had a buyer for our house, and it was a really good offer.  It was a win, win for everyone; but at the last minute our bank refused the short sale. 
Mrs. Kenyon worked with us and our dreadful bank for over a year!!  Her standard commission is 6% when the house sells.  She got absolutely nothing out of this.  And even when she knew the possabilities were slim to none, she still kept helping us.  She worked relentlessly for over a year.  Her determination, and desire to help is genuine and surpases many.
