On the day the services were supposed to be performed, I used our camera system to monitor and Mark the owner actually showed up to clean without his wife, without anyone else. He was at my home for approximately 2 hours (I have a 2500 square ft. home which CANNOT be cleaned in 2 hours). He vacuumed, dusted a couple pieces of furniture and wiped down a mirror or two.  When my husband and I returned home we were very angry about the job had been done and the fact that he took the money and did not complete the job. We texted and called him to rectify the situation, but he didn't return any calls or texts. We felt very taken advantage of and we honestly believe this guy is running a scam. We found him on craigslist, PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
