We operate a family owned business servicing Hood and surrounding counties (Parker and Sommerville). Estimates are free within Hood County. Estimates in (Parker and Sommerville) are $35 at the time of estimate. The $35 paid for the estimate will be given as a credit at the time of service. We know most people are on a budget, so we try to offer options to meet your budget needs.

"Mr. [member name removed], we do not have any record of providing service to you. Perhaps, you have us confused with another provider. Your comment says that you have a receipt, yet you do not know the date of service. All of our receipts are dated. Which, again, leads us to believe you must have us confused with a different provider."
A cancellation allowed him to do the work on 7/6.
It was evident to me that the work took an hour longer than he had estimated.
On cpompletion, he only asked for his estimated price.
His time and talent are his stock in trade so I paid him an extra $25 because I thought it was the fair thing to do.
