We operate a family owned business servicing Hood and surrounding counties (Parker and Sommerville). Estimates are free within Hood County. Estimates in (Parker and Sommerville) are $35 at the time of estimate. The $35 paid for the estimate will be given as a credit at the time of service. We know most people are on a budget, so we try to offer options to meet your budget needs.

The grout cracked and I call Mr. Yarborough he said that he did not do that job eventhough I have a receipt. I said I would pay him to do it again and we set an appointment. I would not use his services again or recommend him to anyone. I don't have the exact date this happened so it is an estimate, but the events are true and accurate.

Mr. [member name removed], we do not have any record of providing service to you. Perhaps, you have us confused with another provider. Your comment says that you have a receipt, yet you do not know the date of service. All of our receipts are dated. Which, again, leads us to believe you must have us confused with a different provider.

Called on 7/5. He came out and gave an estimate. A cancellation allowed him to do the work on 7/6. It was evident to me that the work took an hour longer than he had estimated. On cpompletion, he only asked for his estimated price. His time and talent are his stock in trade so I paid him an extra $25 because I thought it was the fair thing to do.
Description of Work: --- Replaced rotting wooden spacers at expansion joints in driveway. -- refitted ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom.

Mr. Yarborough replaced the spacer boards at the expansion joints in our driveway. (The old spacer boards were rotting.) In July Texas heat, this is miserable, heavy work. He also refitted a bathroom exhaust fan. He did an excellent job on both at a reasonable price and I will call him again for home repair work.
