Never received a call to schedule an appointment.

They were very professional throughout the whole process.  The work that was done was of the highest quality I have seen.  There was some confusion with the initial meeting as I wanted to be on the phone with the person who came to look at the job to bid it but he didn't call.  As a result there were a couple of items missed on the bid but the provider took full responsibility for missing it and took care of the work without charge.  Overall I was extremely happy with this experience.

I had a duplex that the renters had trashed. JCH Painting met me at the unit on time a gave me an estimate and a date they could start. They did a great job. The only negative was that they left a window open when they locked up and finished for the day. I would use them again.

Christian Harris comes out to the home personally to give an estimate. His estimation of time is always spot on. His crew arrives promptly on the work days. They spend great care in prepping the areas to paint. We have never had painters who so thoroughly protected the rooms' furnishings and areas to be unpainted. The crew works efficiently and expertly applying the product. Afterward, clean up is also thorough. Items are returned to their original location (or as close as one who does not live in the home can be expected to do so). When there has been a change of color (by my request), the change is made quickly and calmly. :) When there have been mistakes (a missed spot, a misunderstanding of areas to be painted) the crew responds quickly to remedy the situation.
All in all, we have had JCH come out for three different jobs. My date of 2013 is not quite accurate as the three jobs were over the last 5 years. The cost of $3000 was for our biggest job, which was the repainting of our dining, living, study, master bed/bath, hallways, stairways, and entry way (with a plaster/glazing finish). Ceiling heights 10 to 15 ft. Over all, JCH's prices have been higher than other competitors, but we trust the work that Christian and his crew do. The price is worth it to us for a job well done.

Work started on time every day, the workers were courteous and responsible. They worked with us on personal things such as our dogs, cars, and outdoor furniture. Everything was protected from paint splatters.

The project was completed on time. They have cleaned up and left our home and yard clean and beautiful.

I found Mr. Harris to be honest, professional, and concerned with customer satisfaction, and I must say this customer is very pleased and satisfied. I fully give JCH Painting my highest recommendation.
