It turned out to be a simple problem -- the filter was clogged with algae. So he cleaned that and the system ran perfectly. He checked all of the stations for coverage and duration, and explained everything he did and answered every question that I asked. Now if I can stop messing with the manual vs auto settings, we should have a perfectly performing system.

I spent $500 or $600 on their services. I give them 5 stars. It was the owner that came out and he was outstanding. Everything's holding up real good. I will use their services again in the future if I need to.
