Gordon's Improvement

He did a very good job with it. His price is by far the lowest. He is very personable, he is nice and clean and cleaned up after himself. He is only one in this area I will call back. As a matter of fact one of the doors was having some problem at the top and he noticed it and it was a little worse the next day when he came to finish up. He called back this morning and asked if the door had shifted any more and I told him it had not shifted. I don?t know too many people who would do that. The Restoration Company charged me $ 800 for the same work provided there was no problem. Ones you get into the wall you never know. Another company quoted $1500 for a $500 door. He charged a flat rate of $35 an hour. The $1500 bid was the extreme. Gordon is neat and tidy Doors look great. I think it is very difficult to get it aligned up and the lock should go right in when you are shutting that sort of thing. He did a very good job. We don?t live here in Granbury. This is the vacation home. It is not a matter of me knowing the people around here or anything. He is the only one in this area who can do a good job. Get it in writing, get everything in writing and get both parties to sign it, the materials that is supplied and what kind of material and all. That is what I have learned on this job. I would use Gordon in the future.
