Description of Work: Still waiting on it to be finished. Gave him a check #650.00,pd half down. |in May 2013.(not sure on what day in May in 2013.) |I have called him, and every time he says he is waiting on this or that. |He said, he nearly has it finished when was I going to pay him the balance, I told him I didn't have anything showing he had finished the boat over.
