We ultimately spent about 8 months working with this company and discussing ideas and deciding what we wanted in the house. In the end, however, my wife and I decided to move to Florida instead of building the house. This is not a reflection of Couto at all, every interaction was extremely professional and friendly and left nothing but a positive impression.

The Couto's have built a quality home with top of the line materials and workmanship. Their work ethic is the best and the home is a show piece. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home with a builder who will stand behind their construction, and ALL of their subcontractors. No finger-pointing -- just results.
