Description of Work: i purchased a house from Couto Homes back in July 2015. Every thing Donny said he would do he did and then some. Joey Couto is the man in making sure your house gets built to plan and keeps the subs in line. we talked to a lot of other builders before Couto Homes. But Donny Couto/ Couto Homes blew them out of the water. A Couto Homes house is like buying a new Cadillac at a Honda price range. sincerely Charles Dougherty. i highly recommend COUTO HOMES

Description of Work: Best builder in this area. Honest, trustworthy, great quality and friendly. Anything we needed, they provided. Would strongly recommend them, and if we ever relocate, we will try to get them to build our house for us.

 + -1 moreWe ultimately spent about 8 months working with this company and discussing ideas and deciding what we wanted in the house. In the end, however, my wife and I decided to move to Florida instead of building the house. This is not a reflection of Couto at all, every interaction was extremely professional and friendly and left nothing but a positive impression.
Description of Work: I talked to him about building a house in town and spent a lot of time going over designs and estimates.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home with a builder who will stand behind their construction, and ALL of their subcontractors. No finger-pointing -- just results.
Description of Work: From the original showing of the property/home, to the sale, to the extended/continuing service and finish of punch list, this has been the best home-buying experience of my life. I have purchased 17 homes in 4 states, (8 in Texas) and have never had such a pleasant, worry free relationship with a builder/contractor/home seller. We purchased the newly constructed home in mid-April and have had the usual tweaks and additions that go with that, and all of our requests have been met with immediate, pleasant responses and great service.
