Description of Work: I hired Bryan Smith Homes back in 2001 to remodel the kitchen in my 4500 sq ft home in Plano, TX. I found out about Bryan Smith Homes by visiting his model home also in Plano and was very impressed with the creativity, attention to detail as well as the workmanship present in the model home. I was surprised to find out Bryan Smith Homes does remodeling too. He crew's updated our stained cabinets with a new distressed/antique refinish that transformed our cabinets. They also installed granite counter tops, stainless steel sink, plumbing faucet, wood floors, new appliances and hand trowel textured walls/ceiling with a faux finish. The thing my wife and I most appreciated about working with Bryan Smith Homes is he was extremely hands on throughout the kitchen remodel project. We also appreciated the world class workmanship his crew's provided. I highly recommend Bryan Smith Homes and was so impressed working with he and his team that they are going to build our new home. Bryan just finalized our set of plans for the new home and we are planning to break ground in a couple of months.

Description of Work: Bryan Smith Homes has remodeled our entire downstairs and next year we'll use them to remodel our upstairs. We used another company in 2008 to remodel our master bath and the quality didn't come close to the quality work performed by Bryan Smith Homes. In fact, Bryan Smith Homes will be correcting the quality issues from the other contractor we used for our bathroom. Bryan Smith's experience as a luxury home builder and his passion for quality is unmatched. He personally oversees every project and settles for nothing short of perfection. He works with the best talent in Dallas to deliver the best work in Dallas Ft. Worth. And, his prices are very fair and competitive. Services provided included adding a large custom kitchen window, kitchen window, custom painting with special finishing and hand distressing our kitchen cabinets, special hand texture on the walls and ceilings, custom refinishing of our picture frame paneling, doors and staircase railing, texture and painting of all ceilings, new carpeting for our stairs, and rebuilding the bottom step of our staircase that used to be carpeted. Bryan Smith Homes provides many value-added ideas, and we are thrilled with the work! We will continue to use Bryan Smith Homes for all our remodeling, and highly recommend his work. You simply won't find a better resource!
