Was unable to complete his work because my 'doublewide air and heat was too different' than what their company usually repairs.
So, may be a great company if you live in a nice brick home but you may want to consider another company if you live 'in a doublewide.'

I called on Wednesday afternoon and they were there by Thursday morning. The guy was very nice and professional. He checked the system thoroughly and said nothing was wrong with it. The reason it wasn't cooling was that the unit was too small for our house. He quoted me for a new unit, but as this is only a weekender house, we are going to hold off. He completely understood. He didn't want to charge me for repairs/work that I didn't need, which I really appreciate and respect. He could easily said that our unit was bad or that we needed freon or something and charged me to do that unnecessary work, but he didn't. I really appreciate the honesty, even though it meant them not getting as much money. He also changed out my thermostat for a new one I had that went with my smart security system and ensured that it was working properly.
