The owner of BK Roofing took me under his wing and mentored me and in two weeks He was very happy with me and made me the foreman. I worked for Mr. Collingsworth for Fifteen years and he gave me ownership of his business then he passed away. At the same time, I worked a lot for Watts Roofing two very prominent Roofing companies in Fort Worth and Dallas for 20 years. I ended up owning both companies so when Mr. Watts passed away I combined the two of them in 1992 and created Pence Roofing.
