 + -1 moreKyle was kind enough to come out twice for us, and both times provided a detailed line item estimate. His expertise shone through in his detailed assessment of our different requests - he had a professional opinion to add on many items we inquired about. He was friendly and communicative. His quote was price competitive with the other general contractors we talked to. In the end we had two very similar bids to pick from, and the main difference was that the other contractor provided an additional value add to us via an interior designer they had on staff.
Description of Work: Kyle Boyd came out to our home two different times to write up a detailed estimate (and revision) on a $65000 203k refinance renovation.
