He's a doll. He's a little bitty guy that fits in a fireplace.

He is very good at what he does and he explains everything he did, he takes pictures to show you what the inside looks like. There's no question when he gets through with your chimney that your chimney is in good shape.

He's very reasonable but he takes a lot of time to do what he's doing and I'm surprised he doesn't charge more. 

A on everything. Sure, absolutely would use Ashes B Gone again in the future. That one was really difficult because the vent itself is hard to get cleaned and so it took him a little more time than normally just going clean the dryer vent and he was able to tell us about the problem with it that we got to have a contractor repair to keep us from burning down.

It went very well. Mickey Watson was very punctual with returned calls and his work. Was very informative and did excellent work. I'll certainly use him again.

My phone message was responded to immediately and service was scheduled within a day. This provider arrived exactly when he said he would. A drop cloth the size of a room ensured not a bit of soot got anywhere-not in the room, not on the carpet. After removing the grate, brushing/vacuuming the length of the chimney, Mikey inspected the outside of our chimney. He provided valuable advice with regards to the fireplace insert. We will call this provider again and highly recommend his service.

He was prompt, friendly and professional. I will be calling him regularly for regular sweepings!

I called and spoke to and quot;Mikeyand quot; on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday.
They inspected and cleaned my chimney and installed a new custom cap on top.
They were very nice and informative.
They were careful to not make a mess while cleaning and laid down a large drop cloth.
When they left there was no mess at all and the chimney was clean.

They arrived on time. Mike explained everthing to me as the job progressed. They removed the insert and made sure the damper was working before taking it outside. They cleaned the chimney. He showed me how to use the damper. He checked the topside of the chimney also. The whole process took about two hours. Mike recommended getting the chimney cleaned annually. So I'll have them back next year.

I felt comfortable with what he was doing. Everything looks beautiful. I will call him to do all my chimney work.
