I hired two men to completely pack up one room because I was injured and couldn't do it ahead of some renovations. On the day, everything seemed to go well and I was satisfied, but now I'm unpacking everything they packed. Only one box had anything wrapped in paper, and that box had more than 100 sheets of unused moving paper sitting at the top of the box. Nothing wrapped in it, just sitting there so they could say they used all of it and charge me for it. I had previously packed a box of glass ornaments in a box labeled"Fragile" on all sides in huge letters. That box was set at the bottom of a wardrobe box with loose items and everything in it was shattered. But, in the one box where paid was used to wrap things, my free at home covid tests were nice and safe in 6 layers of paper and tape. I paid a lot of money at the last minute for a service I needed because I was injured and Rod's Moving took advantage, charged me for things they didn't use, and did a bad job. Never use them.
