These two brothers were the best contractors i’ve met since moving to Texas five years ago. They were punctual and professional and gave me a great price. They also went above and beyond their scope of work in identifying a problem I have with a leaking vent. I highly recommend them and won’t be calling anyone else for any services they can perform. Shawn has been a life saver on more than one occasion. He kept me going for about 2 years on a very old unit in my newly purchased home. Then, when it was time to replace the unit, he was very reasonable and fair on pricing. I've even had him check on my mom and when she thought she was going to have to replace her AC, he was able to fix her problem with minimal expense. She was very pleased as well. Faith heat & air came out the next business day and had the a/c cooling properly in no time. It turned out to just be a loss of power to the condenser. They restored the power, cleaned the coils and checked the unit. The charge was very reasonable. I was able to easily pay on line after receiving a detailed invoice with the detail of the work performed. Faith is trustworthy, reasonable and prompt.

Quickly came out to repair AC that was not cooling. The problem was a blown capacitor on the compressor. They were able to fix this problem quickly and had my AC unit cooling again.. Honest and excellent service highly recommend.

Faith heating & Air worked me Into there already jampack schedule--arriving late that same day when no one else could. They were able to quickly diagnose and show me the point of failure, within minutes. We chose to replace the unit because I found their pricing extremely reasonable for a well reviewed, high efficiency unit from Trane—and their installation and testing was completed in less than an hour!
