They listen to you real well about what the situation is. They took care of the problem very quickly and efficiently. They're very reasonable in their price. They're very personable. They act like they're very interested in your problem. They get you taken care of and not have to see you again, if that makes sense, so that was very nice of them. They also worked on one of our corvettes. They don't normally do Corvettes. It's a small town Chevrolet dealership and to work on Corvettes, you have to have special tools, manuals, but they probably had a simple one and were going to work on it, which they could have just said, "Well, no, we don't work on Corvettes. Sorry about that," but they were willing to at least look at it and see what they could do and they were able to fix it, so the integrity is very good as far as, "I'll at least give it a try" and see what they can do for you. It's enjoyable to go over there, as weird as that may sound. I gotta go to the shop, you say, "Okay, I gotta go take care of this right quick and you don't feel any like you're going to get put out or have to have a battle with somebody over it. I think they're very reasonable.  I used to drag race when I was in college and I was raised around cars, so I have a good idea on what things cost and how much it costs to fix things and how much trouble it is and what it's worth, so knowing that, it gives me a little advantage into what they're charging and so forth. They were very responsive. They turn out when they say they will. If they tell you they'll have it out this afternoon, they have it out this afternoon. Very professional people.

This was on my Corvette, and I got in to drive it one day and it wouldn't start. So I went over to talk to them and we discussed what it could be, and they said that they would be able to look at it that they normally don't do Corvettes, but for me, they would go ahead and look at it and see if they could do something with it. We had it towed over there, they looked at it and found what the problem actually was; some battery cables corroded and some other little cables had some issues. They repaired all that.  They were very sweet with the car.  It's a vintage car, it's almost 40 years old, and they backed it into a stall inside the garage and didn't put another thing around it. They just put it by itself and everything. They took immaculate care of the car knowing what it meant to me. These guys were very professional about it and very caring. I was very impressed with that. It was very enjoyable. On responsiveness that was impressive that they were willing to at least look at it and try it. Some shops would have said that's a corvette, can't do it, not us & just kind of turn their back on it; but, these guys were willing to take a shot at it to see if they could help me out.  On professionalism, parking that car in by itself, not parking anything else around it, inside and so forth; usually when they finish a car they park them outside, they have an area for finished work but they didn't.  They parked this inside the covered garage.
