From the very first time they were very helpful in showing them what was wrong with the old unit(it was almost 40 years old) and gave them a very good estimate. They took their time in explaining how the new thermostate works and has returned 3 times just cause my dad forgot how to do it. My dad is 83 and sometimes just wanted company and they were so kind to just go and chat. I have never had any ac company that treated us as fair and truly like we were family. Thanks to Walters Air for GREAT service..
