This experience was not very pleasant. This started before we moved into the house. They were supposed to test the gas line. The price was a little high but we have found out that the prices are higher here than in the city like Dallas, Houston and so forth. As we suspected, we also had a stoppage in the drain line. They were supposed to clear that out. That last for about 12 hours and it stopped up again. My wife called him. He said he yes, he would definitely be out to take care of that. He did not show up the next morning. She called him again. He said that he was behind but he would come back and take care of it. Nobody showed up by the next morning. She texted three times, no response. She called no answer. Our yard guy who know who he was, stopped his son in the street in front of our house and said hey you guys need to come back and fix this problem, it is not fixed. He promised he would be back the next day. No One ever showed up. He would not come back and correct a problem that should have already been corrected. Other parts he did okay on. A little over priced but we were in a bind and had to get it done. He was not responsive to fixing the problems that we paid him to fix. the problem was not fixed and they did not care enough to come back and take care of it. When you contact them 5 times and they do not respond. They even get stopped in the street and still not responding to it. That is not good.

We waited 2 days. Not a problem, we talked it out ahead of time with the scheduler. Plumber and helper arriived on schedule with well-provisioned truck. He crawled thru the puddle. He fixed the break. I turned the water on. He hollered and quot;stop you have another leakand quot;. He fixed thar one. Whole exercise roughly hour and a half. My warer bill dropped by $20 per mo (I.e. the second leak was serious!). I'm a happy customer.

They do good work. They are very nice and professional. They have a good, family run business. We haven't had a problem since they fixed it.

After days waiting for service from my home warranty company I gave up and looked in the phone book for a plumber. I called at around 11 am and they set me up with an appointment at 1:30. They got here right at 1:28. They found the problem with the toilet (my son had thrown a bottle of paint down it) and repaired the sink and tub. They let me know that the tub was a more involved fix then what they had done for now and that my husband could more easily and much more inexpensively just disable the current drain. Right now it drains perfectly and I never would have known it was a temporary solution had they not told me. They were very friendly and courteous. Also the first plumber I've ever had that I didn't have to clean up after. I would absolutely use them again.
