Mr. Langford company put the roof on my home 2 years priortio my purchase of the home October 31, 2007, within 1 month, and first rain storm, roof leaked terribly. I found out Mr. Langford had done the roof and called him to come out and please fix the problem. It took me almost 6 months to get a phone call back and then some man came out to tell me he was the brother of Mr. Langford and agreed the flashing had been put on incorrectly, but that his brother would stand behind it. I have called for a year straight and finally got to speak with Mr. Langford who promised to come out and fix the issue and he stood me up. I have not yet heard from Mr. Langford since and I called McKinnley Roofing to fix it and I would pay them whatever and they refused the job after seeing what had been done to my roof. I still have a terribly leaking roof!!!! This is insane!!!
Description of Work: Asked Mr. Langford to make good on his roof job from 2 years prior when roof leaked terribly after purchase of home.
