Shane was very thorough and spent time explaining what he found. He probably spent an extra hour or more , finishing his onsite inspection around 7:00 p.m. By 10:30 the next morning, his complete 56-page report was in our email inbox! In addition, he even called before leaving on vacation that afternoon to see if we had any questions!! Very unusual and much appreciated! Superb service!
