HORRIBLE!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE ONSITE SANITATION!! This is the worst company I have ever had to experience. The driver left the can in the middle of my driveway over and over I asked for 9 weeks to please sit it back where they got it or at least to the side because I didn't know it was there and I scratched down my truck a horrible scratch after 9 weeks of no resolution finally I reached out to the owner and his wife he never responded but she did and I asked her to call me but the same lady in the office I had dealt with called instead and one week later the owners wife Sabrina vestal messaged me again and said she didn't have time to call me because I upset that they don't put the can where I want it put I responded and told her no that's not y I'm upset im upset because my truck is damaged and for 9 weeks I have been treated like i don't matter and my requests completely ignored so what did Sabrina vestal do?? She had them pick up my can even though I've already paid and no refund!!! Do not use this company they are horrible and scammers!!

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I do apologize you feel this way about our services we provided to you each week. We did try to work with you in regard to where you wanted your cart placed each week after service in the dead grass area. We held an office meeting specifically about your situation and the theme of that meeting was over exceeding customers expectations and how to turn problems into solutions. That next week your cart was not down by the street, it was by your porch, so the driver failed the stop. You called in upset about that, so we sent someone back out the same day to service your cart. As a company we felt it would be best to part ways because no matter what we did it was not to your satisfaction. We never missed a service for you each week. We did service you the full month of October, so there is no money owed back to you. You prepay for services each month. Best regards, On-Site Sanitation."

Installed aerobic septic system. Was told we could use the electricity off the a/c unit but later found out it wouldn't work since no one checked on it first. Also wasn't informed they'd leave a ton of soil. Otherwise pleased with the service. Very professional.

They responded to our call and determined that the aerator motor needed to be rebuilt. They offered to leave a "loner" until they finished rebuilding ours. The loner didn't work so we called to let them know and they said someone would be out the next day to fix it. They never showed up the next day so we called them again. They came the following day and it ended up the "loner" hadn't been hooked up, it was just placed in there. When they pumped the tank they drove across our lawn leaving deep ruts all over the place instead of pulling out the hose like previous sewage companies had done. Several days later they returned the original motor, rebuilt and when we attempted to complain about the service (the man installing the motor was the owner of the company) the man cussed at me and said I should be glad they didn't make me pay for a new motor instead of them rebuilding my old one. Never again will we use this company.

Excellent communication from office staff and driver. I was not at home at the time the service was to be performed and requested for them to call me when they were headed my way. I was able to take off work, make it to the house just minutes before the driver arrived. Driver was courteous and friendly. They were on time as planned even after the notification they were enroute. I am very pleased with the service.
