I've had them clean my home before and the first time was fine. This second time that I hired them, I was not completely satisfied because I had to do some additional cleaning after she was finished. Normally, I have them clean the bathrooms, vacuum, make the beds, and mop my laminate floors. This second time, I noticed that they did not do any dusting. I would've appreciated it if they were more thorough and maybe put some more effort into dusting our pictures on the wall and doors, etc. Their work was okay but they are always in and out. It could've been a lack of communication between us and the cleaning ladies but I just expected a little more. I know Michelle has had some surgery and this review is not intended to be negative. I was just hoping to achieve satisfaction with my cleaning experience.

Ms. Michelle brought all her own cleaning supplies needed to complete the job! She and her daughter worked very hard, fast and quietly to clean our house! We are very pleased with the results and plan on using her in the future!!!! Also, she mentioned they will iron too!!!!!!!! Hello....you can't get any better than this!!!

She was awesome! She provided her supplies and equipment. She cleaned everything and put things back in their correct place. Was punctual. Didn't disturb my husband. Loved my dog. Didn't complain about dog hair. Her pricing is too reasonable. For her serves, you would normally pay $150 a week. Not her. She goes above and beyond her job description. I had a broken leg when she first started. She called to check on my progress and even took me to town to run a few errands. She's a wonderful person.

She came on time and with her own cleaning supplies, did an excellent job cleaning 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and all the flooring.
The mirrors are cleaned as well as the ceiling fans and baseboards. She cleaned the glass on the patio doors and left the place sparkling. It is the best cleaning job I have ever had and was very affordable. I would recommend her to anyone.
