Was not happy that the diagnostics was done more by guessing rather than actual testing. Will always wonder if compressor was the real problem. The compressor may have been causing the relay to go bad originally and needed replacing. Was not happy that they used a used relay that may have been and was bad to begin with, as seen by needing a new relay after compressor was replaced.
Also, was not happy that the bill was not itemized as to labor cost and material cost. The bill was one price for the whole job so, didn't know what the actual price was for the compressor.
