 + -1 moreI purchased my iMac from Tyrosys a little over a year ago for a reasonable price and I also bought the applecare warranty extension for 2 years. Luckily I did as my video card started acting up not long after the original warranty ran out. Louis and Grant were able to diagnosis and fix both of my problems. They went through Apple and only use Apple parts. They replaced the entire casing of my iMac in order to get me a new power button and they also replaced the video card. They are wonderful to work with and will give you the full attention you need. They also work on iPads but luckily I haven't needed that... yet. Living in Georgetown it's great not to have to run to the Apple store at the Domain... I can do everything at Tyrosys right here in Georgetown. I also purchased a package of classes so I can learn to do some things on my iMac that I've been putting off learning. I know I'll be in good hands with Grant teaching me. Bottom line, the folks are great, the prices are good and the service is excellent.
Description of Work: I have an iMac that was acting strange, pixelating, screen scrolling etc. Also, the power button was nearly impossible to press so I had to fight with it every time the power went off.

Tyrosys offers the following services: Apple Authorized Service Provider. Tyrosys can perform AppleCare Hardware Warranty Repairs for all models of Mac Computers, and whole unit replacements of iPad, iPod, and AppleTV. Our focus is to offer a professional and friendly environment to have your Mac serviced or take a class to learn more about using your Mac computer or iOS device.
Importantly, we cannot repair iPhones. Apple does not authorize anyone to repair iPhones at this time. The correct workflow is to return your broken iPhone to an Apple Store Genius Bar (or mail-in) for whole unit exchange service. Anyone that fixes iPad or iPhone screens are using illegitimate parts that are NOT Apple Genuine.
