Apple Authorized Service Provider. Tyrosys has been in business since 2002 with two locations in Texas. We specialize the the repair, upgrade, maintenance of Mac Computers. Also we love to teach and offer personalized Tutoring Lessons for Mac software. Our name has special meaning; "Tyro" is greek for learner meaning that in a technical world we must humbly admit to learning every day, in turn we love to teach this new technology. "sys" is from system, to remind us that people buy from people and service is the true value in any buying decision. We look forward to the opportunity to serve!

I purchased my iMac from Tyrosys a little over a year ago for a reasonable price and I also bought the applecare warranty extension for 2 years.  Luckily I did as my video card started acting up not long after the original warranty ran out.  Louis and Grant were able to diagnosis and fix both of my problems.  They went through Apple and only use Apple parts.  They replaced the entire casing of my iMac in order to get me a new power button and they also replaced the video card.  They are wonderful to work with and will give you the full attention you need.  They also work on iPads but luckily I haven't needed that... yet.  Living in Georgetown it's great not to have to run to the Apple store at the Domain... I can do everything at Tyrosys right here in Georgetown.
I also purchased a package of classes so I can learn to do some things on my iMac that I've been putting off learning.  I know I'll be in good hands with Grant teaching me.
Bottom line, the folks are great, the prices are good and the service is excellent.
