We chose light fixtures at the store. The rep then came back 2-3 times with different quotes because they "forgot to quote something on the print". This after they claimed to be experts on the home designs of my particular home builder. The front porch light was not what we ordered. By the way, with all the subsequent quotes that were sent it was almost impossible to match up the item, description and prices. Very unprofessional and I wish we would have chosen the other lighting supplier located in Austin. After the 2nd re-quote we should have just canceled the order and gone to the other supplier.

Since our fixtures were a few years old, we didn't actually expect anything to become of our inquiry. Much to our surprise and delight, Wanda of TBI contacted and persuaded the manufacturer to replace all of the affected the fixtures. We didn't even ask them to do this; they just did it!
In a day when customer service has gone by the wayside, it's good to know that there are some companies that still go above and beyond, and offer superior customer service.
I would highly recommend using TBI as your lighting source!
