Work was good, contact person was nice. The only thing NOT good was we were not told they only accept CASH/CHECK - NO credit/debit cards. This should have been advised BEFORE work was done.

Kyle came and planted several shrubs and built a fire pit. After just 2 months 2 of the shrubs he planted (and said would match the other 5 I already had) are covered with leaf spot. So not only are they diseased but they do not match my existing shrubs which by the way are healthy and almost a year old. His crew also left a huge mess all over my walkway and driveway when work was completed. Very disappointed. Will not use again. I will buy my future shrubs from Home Depot or Lowes where they are guaranteed for a year.

It exceeded expectations. We have already received a number of good comments from neighbors which reinforces our impression of the work done. They also have a one-year warranty on their plants.

Very professional, but somewhat 'aloof'

TCB Landscaping was contracted to add a privacy hedge approximately 150 feet long. They were also asked to dig a trench four inches deep along the line so that I could add drip irrigation after the plant installation.

Nick Rodriguez was the job supervisor and we found him to be extremely professional, friendly and responsive. He never failed to promptly return a phone call or email.  He was informative, knew his job and plants and offered suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted or needed.

The trench was bid at $475.00 which I felt was high since it only took the two man crew about one hour but the job went flawlessly. The following day, the plants were installed and I finished the drip irrigation the day after.

The plants are doing well so far and Nick advised that they were guaranteed for one year from installation.

Overall, the job was painless and I wouldn't hesitate to use TCB again in the future.

They were pricey, and very hard to reach and talk with.

They are good. For the leaf cleanup, sometimes they have the tendency to blow them around than cleaning them up sometimes. They clean up most of them but they don’t always get it done your way but generally, I’m happy with them. They would get an A rating form me if they just give a little more attention to detail on leaf cleanup.

They did the job efficiently and quickly.  Used power equipment and all went smoothly.

Their landscape foreman came out to the house and described all the different plans they have and what they would do and what they wouldn't do. I just kind of like the way he approached us and talked about the company. And also, you could contact him really easy if you have any question. He has a cell phone and he responds pretty quickly. He calls back and the will talk to you on the phone, and most of the time though, when you leave a voice mail for him on his phone with a particular question, he comes to the house. He has to look to see. He comes out and looks at it himself and his crew foremen come out and take care whatever the issue is. They're pretty responsive.

They charge $100 a month. They are thorough and they do a broad range of services.

They did all the landscaping in my front yard. It was about $4,000 worth of work. They were able to complete the job in one day and had a crew of a 3 of guys. They were hard workers, they were courteous and did a good job.

We have been using TCB for 2 years now. They first built a Limestone Patio on the back of our home which we are extremely happy with. Then we signed up for monthly lawn maintenance and we are very satisfied with the value we get for the price. During the two years, we have had TCB do various landscaping projects including planting trees, installing walkways, tearing out old overgrown plants and more. We have always been satisfied with the work. Highly recommend them.

Excellent work, arrived on time each day, put in the walking path and planted plants in new flowerbeds. They are finishing up this week, checking the pathway for standing water. It looks great and is a job well done.

Arturo came to my property for an estimate. He was professional, kind, well informed. The crew did awesome work, more than was expected. I was very happy with the service. Will definitely use them regularly.

They were excellent.

They were fine. Their costs are competitive. The owner is a friend of a friend, but they guarantee their work. In fact, they told us a few months ago that if we were having some problems with some of the stones cracking, they would come out and repair them. So, that was nice to know. They are friendly. We may possible use them in the future, and we are debating it.

We were pleased with the ongoing service. If we needed anything extra done, they were always willing to provide the service. They also designed and built a beautiful patio for us. We contacted several other companies, but TCB had the best price and they did a great job. I highly recommend them.

TCB does a super job and never misses a scheduled date with the exception of weather. If weather prevents the service a makeup date always follows. The Supervisor is extremely knowledgeable and always available for questions and or concerns. I recommend to all.
