Excellent!  Other companies provided initial estimate but never followed up or followed through; so we went with this company.  So glad we did!  Excellent work and excellent finished product done timely and professionally.

I met with Tammy, the project manager and explained what needed to be done. Our sidewalk had sunk in over time and roots had grown up creating bulges in the pavers. This was even worse on the driveway portion. We also had a drainage issue as a result of the sinking. Tammy sized things up immediately and returned with a plan. This was just before Christmas but she said they would be ready to go the day after. Things moved very fast from there. These people know what to do, how to do it and have the people ready to get it done. It went extremely smoothly and the finished product is gorgeous. I have done many projects over the years and this was among my best experiences. I enjoy using the new sidewalk every day. If you need paver work done I cannot imagine finding anyone better.

We saw a sample of the company's product at the home and garden show back in March, in Austin. I filled out the contact card and I guess I wasn't very clear with my phone number. Tamie finally was able to decipher my handwriting and we set up an appointment to meet (on a Saturday, which works for my schedule!). We reviewed some options and received measurements and quotes on three different layouts. (I will say this up front, this was the only quote I received on pavers and I am happy I did so. Our initial idea was a concrete pad, stamped and stained. The pavers provide so much more character and were less than the concrete option I was looking at.)
After my husband and I decided on the layout, I coordinated with Tamie on the installation and her crew was working on it a little over a week later. They did a fantastic job. The pavers look like a cobblestone road along the Appian Way. Since we have a Tuscan style home, it fit right in. The staff excavated, installed and cleaned up their work area each day. There were here for about 2 1/2 days and finished on schedule.
If I was to plan on another patio extension, I would definitely have them perform the work without getting quotes from other companies. While you may have one idea for pavers with one, another other company may not have the same type of layout/options/colors or ideas, so it could be quite difficult.
