It was an excellent experience. The manager was so nice. He said about 6 days and it was delivered in excellent shape and washed on the appropriate day. The work was done perfectly and the whole experience was great. The price was fair and our insurance paid for all of it. Thank you Stone's.

Based on good ratings from Angies List I called two shops to find out what to do. One said they wouldnand quot;t look at even look at it until next week because of the holiday. Stone's said bring it on over. I arranged for a tow truck since it was not driveable and they said they would get with the AAA people and have an estimate soon. I went to the car rental people from there and AAA had a guy there taking photos and had e-mailed me a written estimate before I got home. Excellent service from them too. I think the painting took them a day or two longer than planned but when it was finished Lucky and the boys had done a great job. There was lots of broken glass everywhere from where it appeared a deer had tried to jump over the car while I was going home but except for a couple of small pieces that must have been stuck under the interior molding and later worked their way out it was all gone, even from the front seat sheepskin covers. The car looked like it had been detailed when I picked it up, shiny and bright, even the tires and wheel covers looked new.
Never did see the deer anywhere after the initial impact. Luckily I was going slow. Lots of brown fur in the broken windshield. The lady behind me at the rental agency was there for the same reason.

They got the new part. There was something in the resistance level in the new part that was the same as the old part. They said there was no point in putting in a new part. They just shut off the check engine light and did not charge me. They did not want to change something just to change something.

Our most recent appointment was same day, in and out.
