SpeedyGrocer.com has an excellent website that makes it easy to fill out your name and address and submit your grocery list and preferred store. After submitting your list, an employee will phone you at your specified telephone number to confirm the day and time you expect delivery. Upon delivery, you may pay with cash or with a credit card. There is a percentage charge of the total for their fee, plus there is a small charge for delivery of heavy items. You will receive a duplicate of the cash register receipt. The only suggestion I would have is that when you make out your grocery list, be very specific. For instance, don't write "bag of coffee." Instead write something like: "1 bag of 8 O'Clock Coffee, Columbian, ground, 11 oz."
The workers at SpeedyGrocer are very polite and will work to correct any problems you may have. If you wish, they will phone you from the store if the item is not available or otherwise different from the one you specified. They really go out of their way to make you happy!
