As Austin natives, we have taken pride in watching the city we know and love grow into what it is today. Our goal is to help others love it too by making their houses homes in our city. At Sagamore Fence & Deck, we walk with you from design to finish and installation. The owner, Tony, maintains a full working wood shop in his home as a personal hobby. The respect and demanding intricacies of wood working Craftsmanship spill over into a greater desire to provide customers with not just beautiful work, but a greater overall experience in working with the Sagamore Team. We had a great experience getting a fence and gate replaced with Sagamore. They were quick to provide a quote, get started, and answer follow-up questions about maintenance. The new fence is beautiful! Will use them again next time I have a fencing need!

I needed new fencing for a section of my wooden fence that had fallen down and was no longer usable. Since we're on a busy street, they were able to come out the next day and get it done in a matter of hours. Tony and Jessica were lovely to work with, and I look forward to having Sagamore install a new fence for me in the future!

If you're looking for a fencing company, look no further. Sagamore Fence & Deck is the one. Alfonso, our product manager, was incredible. He provided superior communication, which is so important, and answered every question I had. He was always accessible if I needed him, and prompt. A genuine pleasure to work with from start to finish. I cannot even rave enough about the wonderful crew that installed our fence. They were courteous, professional, insightful with design, and gave exceptional customer service, which is a tremendous asset in my book. They were just terrific guys. I cannot commend those hard-working men enough. They did such a beautiful job. Jessica in the office was so friendly and helpful as well. She was quick to answer my questions and set up an initial meeting with Alfonso to get the ball rolling. They completed everything in a timely manner, and their beautiful work far exceeded my expectations. Seriously, these guys are it! Look no further. Their professionalism, top-notch customer service, and beautiful product cannot be beat. Tony Perez stopped in to go over the details of what we were looking for. He showed up on time and after discussing the options he got back to us quickly with a price estimate and a tentative work schedule. Since the price was below our budget we added some additional work to the job which also went smoothly. He also help with some needed documentation for our HOA. Tony stayed in contact with me after we set a start date just to keep me in the loop with the requested building materials and their status. The workers showed up on the scheduled start date and did an excellent job on the deck, rails, privacy wall and new yard side gate. They also did a good job on cleaning up after themselves when they were finished working. Tony did a follow up visit to inspect the work and make sure that we were satisfied with the project. Overall we are very please with the work that Tony & Sagamore Fence & Deck did for us.

After contacting at least 10 companies, there were only 2 that actually gave me a quote after coming to my house. Sagamore was very professional and completed the job quickly. I also did not have to pay money upfront, which is a worry that someone will go off with the monty without completing the job. They also used high quality metal poles. I highly recommend them. Tony was great!!! Thank you to the entire team.

Tony is the greatest! Responsive, professional and fair from start to finish. Our 20 year old wood deck was badly in need of some board replacements and a new railing. Tony listened to what I needed and was willing to work within my budget, and walked me through every aspect of the construction from start to finish. He and his crew were amazing - they finished the job in two days and created a beautiful hog panel fence railing! They were craftsman who took pride in their work, and it shows. Fair price, high quality, and trustworthy. I've also called Tony for help with other jobs and he was happy to come out and work with me to find a solution. He says he treats his clients "like family" and it's true! I would give Sagamore my highest recommendation for professional, quality work and responsiveness. I will never go anywhere else!

I needed a badly leaning fence replaced prior to selling and I asked Tony if he could give me some cheaper options. He told me they only use top quality materials but he would see what he could do. He gave me a couple of options and ended up giving me a high quality cedar fence with a discount that offset what a pine rail fence would've cost. I would definitely recommend Tony and his team for all your fencing needs.

Tony and team are the best! They showed up on time, the entire crew was smiling (my kids noticed that), they cleaned up after themselves and produced a gorgeous fence. Tony even followed up because they *thought* they made an error, but they did not. Old fashioned customer service at it's finest! I only wish we had heard of them sooner so they could of done our deck, too.

Working with Tony was a phenomenal experience from start to finish! He really listened to what we wanted and exceeded our every expectation. Tony and Jessica with Sagamore are amazing! Tony traveled almost an hour to our house to give a free estimate for both a new fence and deck at our house. I felt he cared about me as a customer and took his time to communicate all aspects of the project. As a stay-at-home mom I felt confident and knowledgeable about the project. He was very professional, on-time, and a pleasure to be around. The estimate came in a timely manner and he was always available when I had questions or concerns about the project. We will definitely be using them again for other projects around the house.

We received the estimate for our fence repair on site and their team kept us informed through every stage of the project.
