Dr.Bart Smith is very patient. Very warm personality. Staffs are very friendly. I have referred them to my friends. They are not the cheapest but the quality of the work is the best. You get what you paid for.

What happened was really wrong. The doctor told me I needed crowns on my teeth - I wasn't having any issues and 5 years later - still having no issues. Multiple dentists have cleaned my teeth since then, twice a year - no one thinks I need a single crown or any dental work at all! I immediately got a second opinion and was told my teeth were fine. I've actually had no crowns or root canals in my life. I was 50 yrs old then and still have had no problems in the last 5 years. I spoke to Ronda, the office manager today, Feb 5, 2018 to have the balance of my account removed - they collected $140 from my insurance company and then expected me to pay the remaining $66 - this was for a Routine Exam! She said she would not remove that balance, so that will remain on my credit record and in collections. I am standing on principle and on doing what is right. I have been a business owner a few times and would never do business like that. One unsatisfied customer is going to do a lot more harm than any amount of money. So, I'm guessing this is not a new situation for them, and that's why they have this policy. Shame on RR Dentistry for putting a single woman on a limited income in such a situation. How many others like me must there be? Also, I've never been to a dentist where they escort you from your exam chair straight to a "Financing Consultation Area." I felt like I was at a used car dealership and was really offended. They told me that I could finance the thousands of dollars that was needed to put crowns on my teeth! Hopefully, they don't do that anymore, it was something I've never experienced at a dentist's office before or since. This is really aggressive salesmanship and I wouldn't ever trust them to do what is only necessary. Did they say you need some crowns? Maybe you only needed one - or maybe NONE, like me. Good luck if you are going to trust your dollars and your teeth there.

Congratulations to DR. BOOTH for making the Texas 2016 SUPER DENTISTS LIST in the state of Texas. Texas Monthly says "Dentists were asked to nominate one or more colleagues (excluding themselves) they would choose if they needed dental care. The Super Dentists research team reviewed the prospective candidates further and searched for exceptional professionals to complement the results. Dentists were evaluated on the indicators of peer recognition, professional status and disciplinary history." Dr. Booth's patients know he is a "SUPER DENTIST" but it is even more noteworthy that his colleagues recognize him as such. It is so amazing each time I visit to see how every member of his team strives to deliver awesome service which also speaks to Dr. Booths leadership abilities. This review was done months ago but never went through for some reason.

My appointments are always great.  Nice atmosphere, friendly, and compassionate.  I'm one of those who can almost go to sleep while they are working on me and they keep checking to make sure I'm OK.  .  Nice waiting room with a variety of beverages for us to help ourselves to.  Nice selection of magazines to read also. 

Staff and doctors have a weekly meeting which I think is great.  All of the equipment is updated and first class.  Even provide you a nice warm neck pillow for comfort.during the procedure.  .

For those afraid of dentists when you go in there... will be smiling and happy with their gentle treatment when you leave the office.  I sincerely and highly recommend RR Dentistry.  Call and make an appointment... you won't be sorry.  The price and you are worth it !!!

It is a friendly professional environment. I appreciate how the staff makes me feel like family. The dental office is beautiful and well staffed. Dr Roach is a excellent dentist. He is very good at explaining things. We've been going to RR Dentistry for a couple years now and have no desire of going anywhere else.

No more pain, but need to have a tooth implanted. Have not found an affordable price yet, with good results from past clients.

He has been my dentist for 3-4 years now. I like everything about the whole practice! They do a really good job. I am a big coward when it comes to dentists, but they take care of me and make me feel comfortable.

I have been using them for quite awhile, they always do a great job. Nichole has been cleaning my teeth for most of that time and has become someone I know will not disappoint, she never has and never will.

I selected Dr Roberson after reading the reviews on Angie's List. I was very satisfied. Replacing 5 crowns, Dr Roberson divided the work into 3 visits. I am very satisfied with the finished product and Dr Roberson and his staff were professional and friendly.

He is fantastic. His prices are very fair and reasonable. He is very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. He communicates with you and explains everything he is doing along the way. I would highly recommend him.

The dentists are very nice, gentle and competent. They are kind of expensive though. If you have an emergency they will get you right in, but other than that you usually have to wait about six months for an appointment. They are very cooperative and allow me to pay for services by phone.

They have a great staff; very friendly and very professional. They are very available as far as appointments; if I need something special they can fit it in. They work around my schedule.

He explains what you need and what he is going to do very well. He takes time to talk to you and sees you as a person by developing a relationship with you. When he's done with his work it works well without complications. I've even been able to reach him by his cell phone when he is out of town.

He's just very good. I've had a couple other crowns done in the summertime and he's was very good.

All appointments have gone well, on time, great care and concern for patients comfort and safety.  The work is completed in the appropriate amount of time and a new appt is scheduled for future cleanings.  Work is always explained prior to performing it.  Really like their hygenists.  The dentist always checks your teeth at the end of a cleaning, at no additional cost, which I can't say is true for the other dentists I have tried in the Georgetown area.

Everything went very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been a patient of his for about 9 years. They have been very helpful in my anxiety about going to the dentist.
