Reynolds Electrical Service

Mr. Reynolds was on time and knew what he was doing. He was courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Mr. Reynolds called prior to arrival and arrived at the agreed upon time. He examined the old fan to check on why it was vibrating and making a humming sound. It appeared the problem was a bad motor bearing. After taking down the old fan, he installed the new one, checked, and balanced the blades so there was no wobble. He was courteous, honest, very reasonable rates, professional with a wealthy of various electrical experience, and gave good advice on potential problems with the new fan. I would hire him for any electrical work.

I called late on a Monday evening and reached the owner who advised he would be glad to come out the following day and did exactly that. He wanted to come out early the next morning but I had plans so agreed on the early afternoon. He quickly determined that two exterior GFCI plugs were bad and replaced both. Original bad plugs apparently were not weather resistant type plugs.and had failed prematurely. I had been unable to get either plug to reset and expected wire problems but this was not the case. I was very pleased with his expertise, promptness, billing fairness, professionalism and his detailed explanations referring to the prevention of future electrical problems in a few other areas of our residence. Mr Reynolds will be my first choice for any future electrical problems. Bill Florence, Texas

Mr. Reynolds, the electrician, also owns this business. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and reasonable. I would hire him again for any electrical work I may need in the future. He IS busy; however, I am willing to wait for someone I know I can trust. It is worth waiting for the best!
