Jim Smith is the owner and first line worker in this business. He is a pleasure to work with. Although irrigation systems are no longer his preferred line of work, Jim was ready to help me with problems that I was encountering. He worked the better part of three business days, and really tuned up my system. He is not just a sprinkler-head changer!! He was very prompt and good to keep me in the loop as to the problems my system had, the nature of the needed repairs, and the costs. He definitely was professional in every way!!!!

Having the owner do the work is definitely a plus as he obviously took much pride in the workmanship. This included placing the underground low voltage wiring in conduit which other contractors do not do regularly. Jim also provided a 900 watt power source vs the standard 600 watt poer source to allow for future additions. We couldn't be more please with the outcome.
