POPE MATERIALS

The were reliable and prompt, actually coming a little earlier than expected. The driver was very friendly and professional. The price was exactly as they quoted over the phone and they took checks. They dumped the dirt where we asked. We had to order more after the first delivery and the second time went as smoothly as the first.

From the first phone conversation with Greg to the final thank you from Jimmy (one of three drivers), everyone at Pope Materials was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had struggled to even get quotes from other hauling companies, but Greg gave me a quote over the phone immediately at 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon, and we scheduled the delivery for Thursday morning. He stated he would call me the following day to set up a delivery time; which he did on Wednesday afternoon. The delivery was set for 9 - 9:30 am and Greg said they'd have the entire load delivered before lunch. The first two loads arrived at 8:55 am on Thursday (early!); followed very closely by the third truck. They had 6 loads dumped by 10:00 am, and Jimmy made sure I had all the material I needed before giving me the final bill. I decided to add one more load which he personally returned with 30 minutes or so later. Jimmy and the other two drivers were very professional and friendly. I look forward to using them again in the very near future to supply all of the materials I'll be needing for the construction of a new home. As an Architect, I will also be recommending them to several clients and colleagues who own land as well as local contractors I work with. Thanks guys!
