We won the lottery finding Pamela! She's far exceeded our expectations of what could be possible for our home. Pamela is extremely responsive which is a pleasure! She makes us feel like our project and our needs are a top priority to her which is a welcome change. Her eye for what works and what doesn't is spot on. Pamela has amazing connections and resources which makes shopping easy, efficient and fun. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend her.

Pamela made great suggestions. She really captured my tastes. She brought the entire room together in a cohesive, beautiful look. She also was great about finding deals and saving me money. She searched out sales and value items in a way that I would not have had the time or knowledge to do.

Pamela helped us with a complete redo of the paint colors in the interior of our house in the Lago Vista area. She not only helped us with the colors but also gave us some ideas for future projects that would further update the house. Pamelaâ s painter was first rate, one of the best paint jobs weâ ve ever seen. We plan to work with her in the future.

Working with Pamela was a complete pleasure! She helped transform all three of my bathrooms and I couldnâ  t have done it without her. She listened to my preferences and concerns and was super attentive to all of my questions. Hiring Pamela to help with my kitchen remodel was a costly mistake. I blame myself for not following a couple of cardinal rules. Mistake #1: I did not get estimates from or meet with more than one designer. I thought she would be fine for steering me in the right direction and bouncing ideas off of. Mistake #2: I let her talk me into paying her the full amount upfront. Needless to say, I do not feel like I got my moneys worth before we fired each other. Only after she had my money did I realize that we were not a good match. She has good ideas and a designers eye, and she probably works well with people who have big budgets and are willing to give her complete control to do whatever she wants with the space. Well, that is not me. I like to ask questions about things and do my own research, which seemed to make her feel threatened or challenged. I also have opinions about what I like or do not like, another thing she did not appreciate. She made it very clear early on that she did not like working with me, so all of our meetings and messaging threads would quickly devolve into insults of my taste, ideas, and efforts to act as my own general contractor. I came to dread our interactions and finally decided it was not worth the stress and anxiety created by trying not to upset her. I guess she did not expect me to take an active role in my remodel project, despite my telling her what I wanted from the start. She is not a good listener, or maybe she is really forgetful. She would tell me conflicting things on different days. And since we parted ways, she has refused to return my tile samples. I hoped she would show a little professionalism and return what is mine, but she is ignoring or blocking all of my communication attempts. It has been a very frustrating experience!

Pamela is by far the best interior decorator Iâ ve worked with. Pam not only finds inspiration it items that you already own but she takes the time to learn about her clients, personality, lifestyle, etc. before making recommendations. The one thing I love about working with Pamela is that she incorporates my culture into the home design in a very unique and subtle way. Also, she finds pieces of art that you already have and works around that especially to showcase the existing art. In order to Bring the project together she looks at lighting, paint color, color preferences, art and history. Pam is an artist herself and her pairings are amazing. I really appreciate the fact that Pamela does not pressure you to buy furniture or home decor. Because Pamela takes the time to listen and learn more about her customers she is able to read what the person/couple goals are. In my case, I wanted to give my house a bit of a modern touch without having to spend a lot of money redoing everything. She quickly pointed things out that I could do to get the look. I loved every single thing that Pam showed me and to be honest I didnâ t know that the style I liked had some Spanish history to it. Would have never been able to articulate correctly the style I was going for. In a matter of days Pam Had sent me a few tiles and accent decor to bring that modern look into my house. The things she suggested are things that I would have never picked out at a store by myself, Pam has the ability of pulling everything together in a beautiful way. Also, you will never feel pressured into doing something that you donâ t like just because she suggested it. Pamâ s history and art background come in handy when looking at a space and being creative. I wanted a unique space and not the thing that everyone is doing or what is â in styleâ . That is exactly what Pam did for me! The process was very smooth and Pam gives you the space for you to go see tiles, paint, furniture, etc without any pressure from her. Iâ ve seen a few of Pamâ s projects and each one is unique in their own way. Itâ s amazing how she also focuses on lighting and ensuring the house has the right level and type of lighting. Itâ s crazy to see what changing light colors/shapes can do for your space. I do t have enough words to say how pleased I was working with Pam! It has been one of the best decisions of my life, let the expert take charge and not try to pretend I am an interior decorator myself haha. Highly recommend Pamela, you will have a great experience and also learn a lot!

I am very disappointed. We met but my problem was not solved . WE were on the wrong track from the beginning. She could not provide a correct address. Trying to sent me to Manchaca, Texas and it turned out no tile store in the city. Pam is a very unprofessional lady. She used fowl language -she called me problem customer, mean old lady, do not make me laugh, and a bad person except the one in the mirror. After all these comments, I asked for a refund and as of yet I have not received.

Pamela has a great sense for design! She is excellent at integrating her ideas with my own ideas and preferences, and using her expertise to turn the look into a cohesive whole. She does a great job customizing the design to the client and I am really happy with all the work she has done for us!

I was so happy that I chose Pamela for my designer. She did an amazing job helping me create a greatspace plan when I remodeled my new home, made me a great design board and helped me find reliable contractors to do the work.
