Project went fantastic. Larry was super to deal with, knowledgeable and was upfront about everything to include all the necessities for converting to a tankless system. Tankless systems must be vented using non metallic tubing such as PVC and the condensate lines due to acidity will also corrode so a condensate neutralizer was added so existing drainage lines could be used. None of this was brought up by Home Depots' contractor which I'm certain all that would have been an extra expense. All in all, Larry charged less than other quotes received, charged as quoted, job was quickly scheduled, completed and old tanks hauled away with the area cleaned before leaving. We have been using the system for 6 months now and no problems. In fact it appears we are using less propane than we did with the old two tank system.
