We have used the services of Norrell Electric several times over the past 4 years. We are pleased to write that each time the experience has been pleasant-from the ease of making the appointment, punctuality, quality of the service and professionalism of the electricians sent to our home. We plan on using Norrell Electric for all future electrical work.

Norrell Electric has done work for us on several occasions.
They are always on time, on schedule, on price and professional. Their servicemen are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. One of the best contractors I've ever utilized.

The scheduling and the work was done well. Coordination with the city utilities and inspector went very well to get the power back on as soon as possible. Quality of work was good. The drywall was damaged in the process and was left without repair. They were unaware, but I already had plans to have the drywall in the garage reworked, so it wasn't a problem to fix what was damaged. I marked down the quality because of the damage.

"The home has the meter on the outside and the panel is on the garage interior back to back. Over the last 50 years humidity has wicked through from outside to inside rotting the paper off the drywall and degrading the gyp-board . We remove a panel installed within the wall and replaced it with a similar size. We would have been very careful with the drywall knowing what we we were dealing with.There was nothing in the bid for drywall repair and the amount of work on the original bid had been reduced considerably. A panel change out has a high dollar material to labor ratio. Also dealing with the timing of Georgetown Power and the City Inspectors and the coordination between can often eat any profit you hope to have. However if the home owner felt we would or should be responsible for replacing his rotted drywall we would come to an agreement on what we would do. We have a satisfaction guarantee and do what ever we need to to make the customer happy. If he would have told me he was not satisfied we would have that section of drywall replaced at our cost. As far as I know in 20 years in the business, and tens of thousands of invoiced jobs, we have had 2 customers that we could not make happy, and they received a full refund. We have customers that are extremely demanding and insist that every detail is perfect. (:we love you David :) They are still are clients and we understand their frame of mind and do what it takes to keep them coming back. We take great pride in our customer base and have hundreds of repeat clients. Many I consider to be my friends. Let us know your concerns and we will take care of them."

They sent to men. They took down the old ceiling fan and put the new one up with light kit, were finished COMPLETELY in 20 minutes! Unbelievable!

We have used Tom Norrell and his electricans for almost seven years. They have been in my home at least once each year for the past seven years. They are always on time and very polite. They are always clean and NEVER leave a mess. They job is always done as requested. We have spend thousand of dollars with them and are always happy with the people,the bill and the job well done. They are the best.
